  • I totally get it. Your business is your baby! You want to give your clients or customers the best experience ever! I have so much empathy for this as a business owner. But, the reality is, we need to loosen the reigns if we want to grow, or if we want to get our time back. It’s your business! You get to decide if how much you manage your Outsourced HQ team as much or as little as you like.

  • In addition to our interviewing process, we pay our team a higher rate to account for their personal contribution to their superannuation and leave. Also, although not required to by law, Outsourced HQ pays our team a 13th Month Bonus (from our Agency, with no added cost to you) to reward them for their loyalty and hard work. This encourages loyalty and a long-term relationship. Upwork takes almost 20% of their wages too, and offers contracts only. This means their VAs don’t receive the incentives I mentioned. They’re also hired by Outsourced HQ directly, not by you (as in Upwork); we bare the responsibilities and costs.

  • While you will communicate directly with your VA as much as you need, like any staff member, you will also have regular planning sessions with Nikki. I will continue to oversee their work and productivity, meeting with your VA on a weekly basis to ensure they feel supported and confident in their work. I am always upskilling and training them further, including access to Outsourced HQ’s growing online Learning Portal.

  • Absolutely not! We are not about making your staff redundant. Instead, it's about one, freeing up your time, and two, incorporating into your business more revenue, lead generation and growth tasks that will scale your biz! But without the overheads of in office staff.

  • We have insurances in place and many other checks and balances (such as email domains, etc.). We have a strict Tools and technology Policy our team must adhere to as well.

  • Outsourced HQ invests in a time-tracking and task management software. This not only means that your Client Manager can see everything your VA is working and the time they allocate to it, it also means nothing falls through the cracks.
